Max has been awarded gundog of the Year 2008 by the Southern Gundog Society in NZ,Making breed history yet again. Max is the 3rd Kobnko working dog to be awarded top Gundog in the last 5 years and the only kennel to do so. Congratulations to David and Kathy.
Max has had a successful field career this year and gained his field title making him the first GWP in 20 years in New Zealand to gain this field and show title as a Dual He has a lovely temperament and coat. He is part of the family of David and Kathy in NZ.
We at Kobnko are proud to have bred 2 Dual champs from one litter and the only kennel to do so. Both our Duals are sired by our Grand Champion Kobnko Kweenslan Krusada and Ch Ripsnorters You Had To B There(IMP USA)
Our home bred dogs certainly prove they are versatile and that they can achieve working titles in the field which is what they were bred for originally. Sadly The Beautiful Max went over the rainbow bridge in Late 2012 He is missed and his achievements will not be forgotten
